I'm Tejan — a Computer Science student at the National College of Ireland with a passion for building meaningful software. From brain imaging classifiers to rental cost finders, I love tackling real-world problems with code. I'm particularly drawn to full-stack development and machine learning, and I believe in learning in public — sharing what I build, what I break, and what I learn along the way.

CVD Risk Predictor — AI-Powered Patient Treatment Recommendation System
A full-stack machine learning web application that predicts cardiovascular disease risk from 18 patient health indicators and generates tiered treatment recommendations (T1–T5). Built on a Gradient Boosting model trained on 308,854 records with SMOTE for class imbalance, isotonic calibration (Brier: 0.065), and an AUC of 0.827. Features SHAP explainability, fairness auditing, and EU AI Act compliance. Extended from an MSc dissertation with significant technical improvements.
Neural Network from Scratch: Backpropagation
A complete neural network built with only NumPy — forward pass, backpropagation, and gradient descent implemented from scratch with full math explanations. Trained on moons and spiral datasets.
Brain Insight Classifier Nexus
A TypeScript-based brain imaging classifier that uses machine learning to analyze and categorize neural scan data for medical research applications.
Self Hosted Private Cloud
A complete self-hosted private cloud stack — Nextcloud, Vaultwarden, Jellyfin, and Uptime Kuma running in Docker containers. One command deploys your own Google Drive, password manager, media server, and monitoring dashboard.
AI Resume Analyzer
An AI-powered tool that analyzes your resume against any job description, scores your fit, identifies skill gaps, and suggests targeted improvements — built with Python and Groq API.

A complete Transformer architecture built from scratch in Python — implementing multi-head self-attention, positional encoding, encoder-decoder structure, and training loop without relying on high-level framework abstractions.
